Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on our sleep products.

Sleep Goddess® is a luxury brand with true handmade quality. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped to ensure the quality is to the standard you would expect of a premium brand.

If you have questions or need additional information, we would be happy to provide you with additional product detail necessary for you to feel confident about your purchase. 

Sleep Goddess® uses (all) natural crumbled latex which generally has had few cases of allergy issues. By contrast, blended latex (a blend of natural and synthetic latex) has a higher incidence of allergic reactions due to the synthetic portion of the fill. 

We do offer an exception to our “no return” policy for customers who suffer from an unexpected allergy or are unable to use the pillow due to health issues. In order to approve of the return, we require an explanation and/or proof of allergies. Please contact us to inquire about a return under these limited circumstances. Once we approve of the return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Then we will refund the amount of your purchase less the cost of return shipping.

If you believe that you may have some type of allergy or are concerned about allergies in advance of your consideration of a purchase, we would be happy to send you a sample of our natural crumbled latex for you to try.
